Quick answer: To see if you have First Class, go to My Profile > Account Settings > Subscription.
- Bought on an iPhone? Check Subscriptions in your iPhone's Settings app.
- Bought on Android? Check Payments & subscriptions in the Google Play app.
- Bought on the website? Your receipt was emailed to you when you paid.
- To stop future charges, turn off auto-renewal before your next billing date.
- For past charges, when a subscription ended, or when you joined, contact Customer Support.
Do I have an active membership?
Go to My Profile > Account Settings > Subscription. If you have First Class, you'll see your plan, when you bought it, your next billing date, and how you paid, plus any extras.
Bought through the App Store (iPhone)
Open your iPhone's Settings app (your device settings, not Account Settings inside JSwipe).
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions. You'll see your active and expired subscriptions, with renewal or end dates.
To see what you paid, go to Settings > your name > Media & Purchases > View Account > Purchase History, or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Bought through Google Play (Android)
- Open the Google Play app (not the account settings inside JSwipe).
- Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
To see past charges, go to Payments & subscriptions > Budget & order history.
Bought on the website
We email you a receipt each time you pay. For a list of past charges or the date your subscription ended, contact Customer Support.
Am I still being charged?
If auto-renewal is on, you'll be charged on your next billing date. To stop future charges, see How do I turn off the auto-renewal?
