If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play
These subscriptions are billed by Apple and Google, and we can't cancel them for you. Being blocked on JSwipe does not stop the charge, so you'll need to cancel in your own Apple or Google account. See How do I turn off the auto-renewal?
If you subscribed on the JSwipe website
When an account is blocked, any active subscription bought on our website is canceled. You won't be charged again, and you don't need to contact us.
Refunds
Being blocked doesn't make a past charge refundable, but you may have refund rights depending on where you live. See What is JSwipe's refund policy?
