Quick answer: Cancel auto-renewal in your Apple App Store or Google Play account — not inside the JSwipe app. You don't need the app installed to cancel.
- Apple: see See or cancel your subscriptions on Apple Support.
- Google: see Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play.
- Deleting the app does not stop automatic renewal.
- Cancel first to prevent the subscription from renewing.
Open Apple or Google Play support to complete the cancellation.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

Please note: deleting the app from your device will not stop the automatic renewal from taking place. You must cancel your subscription first to prevent the renewal of your subscription.
If you can't find the subscription in the store
You do not need the app installed to cancel.
- Android: open the Play Store in any browser at play.google.com, sign in with the Google account that paid, then go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- iPhone: go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions — this works even if the app has been deleted.
- Not listed in either place? Check whether you signed in with a different Apple ID or Google account, then contact Customer Support and we will confirm where the subscription was purchased.
