Secure your sign-in first
JSwipe doesn't use its own password. You sign in with Apple, Google, Facebook, or your email. Whoever controls that account controls your JSwipe account, so secure it first:
- Change its password.
- Turn on two-step verification.
- Review recent activity and sign out of devices you don't recognize.
To check which sign-in you use, go to My Profile > Account Settings > Manage Account and look under Sign in Method.
Then contact us
Once your sign-in is secure, contact Customer Support and tell us what you noticed. If your account has been blocked, let us know that too.
