Quick answer: A blocked-account pop-up with an ID number means your profile was flagged, and only Customer Support can review it — there’s no self-service way to unblock.
- Already contacted us? Just reply to our email with the details below — there’s no need to send a new message.
- Details we need: a screenshot of the blocked pop-up (with the ID number), your first and last name, location, and date of birth.
If you try to log in and see a pop-up message saying your account is blocked, along with an ID number, this means your profile has been restricted by our Trust and Safety team.
There is currently no way to unblock or reactivate your account yourself. Only our Customer Support team can review and reinstate a blocked profile.
To have your account reviewed, we’ll need the following:
- A screenshot of the blocked pop-up, including the ID number shown
- Your first and last name
- Your location
- Your date of birth
If you have already emailed us, or received a reply from our team, simply reply to that email with the details above. There is no need to send a new message or start a new request — your reply goes straight to the same team, and starting over can slow things down.
If you have not contacted us yet, you can submit a request through our contact form or email hello@jswipe.me with the information above. You do not need to be signed in to contact us.
Our team uses this information to verify your identity and review your account. Please note that reinstatement is not guaranteed; our team’s decision is final.
