Quick answer: Sometimes one photo or one piece of profile text breaks our guidelines while the rest of your profile is fine. When that happens, we remove just that item, and your account stays open.
- Your account, Matches, and messages aren't affected.
- If you have no other photos, add a new one so your profile shows in Discover again.
- Repeated removals can lead to your account being blocked.
- Social media handles are no longer allowed on your profile, in photos or text.
- If you see This content can't be used, edit your text and try again. Swear words and social media handles aren't allowed.
If you see "This content can't be used"
Some things, like swear words or a social media handle, are caught as soon as you try to save them. When that happens, you'll see this message:
"This content can't be used. It doesn't meet our community guidelines. Please try something else or contact support if you think this is a mistake."
- Tap Got it to close the message.
- Your About Me will show Rejected next to it.
- Edit your text to remove what isn't allowed, then save it again.
If you think this is a mistake, contact Customer Support.
Why we remove content
Our guidelines help everyone on JSwipe meet real people who are here for the same reason. We remove:
- Nudity, or sexually explicit or suggestive material
- Photos in which a child's face is identifiable
- Contact details or social media handles
- Discriminatory or harassing language
- Ads for a product or service
- Content that looks like a scam

What happens to your profile
Your account stays open, and you keep your Matches and conversations. If you don't have any other photos, your profile may not appear in Discover until you add a new one. Repeated removals can lead to your account being blocked. See Why is my account blocked?
How to fix it
- Open My Profile and select Edit Profile.
- Add a new photo, or rewrite the section that was removed.
- Save your changes.
