Quick answer: JSwipe login uses your Apple ID or Facebook credentials — there's no separate password to reset.
- Check your internet connection and confirm you have the latest app version.
- If signing in with Facebook: remove the Facebook app, uninstall JSwipe, clear your device cache, then log into the right Facebook account in your browser before reinstalling.

You log in to JSwipe using either your Apple ID or your Facebook credentials. JSwipe doesn't have a separate password of its own, so if you've forgotten your password you'll need to reset it directly with Apple or Facebook.
If you're having trouble logging in, we recommend you try the following:
- Check your internet connection.
- Check the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to make sure you have the most recent version of our app.
If neither of these solves the issue, try deleting the app from your device and reinstalling it. As long as you do not delete your JSwipe profile, you won't lose any matches or chats. If you have a First Class membership, you may need to restore your purchase via "Settings" in the menu.
If you sign in with Facebook
Try the following steps in order:
- Remove the Facebook app from your device.
- Uninstall JSwipe from your device.
- Clear the cache on your device.
- Log in to your correct Facebook account in your device's internet browser.
- Reinstall JSwipe.
