Quick answer: Sign in the same way you did before: with Apple, Google, Facebook, or your email. JSwipe doesn't have its own password.
- Using a different sign-in option than before can create a new, empty account. Use the same sign-in details as before. You can't change your sign-in method after you register.
- Signed up with Apple and chose to hide your email? Sign in with Apple again, not with an email address.
- Signing in with Facebook or Google? Make sure you're signed in to the right account on your device.
- Signing in with email? We send a one-time login code. Didn't get it? See I didn't receive my login code
- Update the JSwipe app to the latest version, or try the JSwipe website.
- See a blocked-account screen? See Why is my account blocked?
- Still stuck? Contact Customer Support
Use the same sign-in details as before
You can sign in to JSwipe in the app or on the website with Apple, Google, Facebook, or your email. JSwipe doesn't have its own password, so there's no password to reset. Choose the same option you used when you created your account. Picking a different one can create a new, empty account instead of opening your existing one. You can't change your sign-in method after you register.
Once you're signed in, you can check how your account signs in under My Profile > Account Settings > Manage Account. Your email is under Contact Information, and your sign-in option is under Sign in Method.
Tips by sign-in option
- Apple: if you chose "Hide my email" when you signed up, your account uses a private Apple relay address. Tap Sign in with Apple rather than typing an email.
- Google or Facebook: make sure you're signed in to the same Google or Facebook account you used for JSwipe.
- Email: enter the same email address you signed up with, and we'll send you a one-time login code. Didn't get it? See I didn't receive my login code
Other things to try
- Update the JSwipe app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Close the app completely and reopen it, or restart your phone.
- Try signing in on the JSwipe website instead.
- Turn off any VPN. Signing in from outside the United States, Canada, Australia, or US territories can block your account. See Can I use JSwipe while traveling?
