Quick answer: Turn Discoverable off in your Match Preferences to stop being shown to other members as a new potential match. Turn it back on any time.
- Find it in Match Preferences: tap the icon in the upper right of Discover, or go to My Profile > Match Preferences.
- When it's off, you won't be shown to other members as a new potential match.
- Your existing Matches and chats can still see you and message you.
- If you Liked someone before turning it off and they Like you back, it still creates a Match.
- Discoverable doesn't hide your online status (the green dot).
