Quick answer: Update your location from My Profile > Edit Profile > Location.
- Type a location in the field, or tap the compass icon to use your current location.
- Using the compass? Choose Allow Once or Allow While Using App when JSwipe asks to use your location.
- To change how far away your matches can be, set your distance in Match Preferences, from 1 to 1,000 miles.
Update your location
- Tap your photo in the bottom-right corner to open My Profile.
- Tap Edit Profile.
- Tap Location.
- Type your location in the field, or tap the compass icon to use your current location.
If you tap the compass icon, JSwipe asks for permission to use your location. Choose Allow Once or Allow While Using App. If you choose Don't Allow, type your location in the field instead.
Change how far away your matches are
Your distance is set in Match Preferences, anywhere from 1 to 1,000 miles. Open Match Preferences from the upper-right corner of Discover, or from your profile. See How do I change my match preferences?
