Love Story is our feature for requesting a copy of your Chat communication. We are not collecting new success stories at this time, but you can still request your own Chat. Here's how:

• Head to the Love Story site - Visit www.itstartedwithjswipe.com in your browser.
• Choose "Request Your Story" - Once the intro animation finishes, a screen will pop up with two options: Request Your Story and See Example. Tap Request Your Story to get started.
• Fill in your details - Enter the information requested, then review and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
• Send us a screenshot - Take a screenshot of your completed information request page (this includes your names, emails, and the other details you entered) and email it over to our Customer Care team at hello@jswipe.me. You do not need to submit the page itself.

Once we have your screenshot, we will pass your request on to our Love Story team. They should have your Chat ready for you within 7-10 business days.

Sharing your success story

We are not collecting new success stories at this time. You can still use the same form to request your Chat - just complete the details that apply to you.
