You can delete a match or a chat by pressing on the member and holding until the delete/un-match confirmation comes up. Confirm the action to delete or un-match this member.

iOS users can also slide left the profile or chat to reveal the delete/un-match option.

Once you have deleted the match, they will not be able to contact you anymore, unless you match again in the future.
