If you are having difficulty logging into your account, we recommend you try the following:
- Check your internet connection.
- Check the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to make sure you have the most recent version of our app.
If neither of these solve your login issue, please try deleting the app from your device. As long as you do not delete your JSwipe profile, you should not lose any matches or chats.
Once you have uninstalled the app from your device, please remove the app from your Facebook account. You can find instructions in Facebook's Help Center.
When this is done, make sure you're logged into the correct Facebook account and reinstall the JSwipe app. If you have a First Class membership, you may need to restore your purchase via "Settings" in the menu.
